SugarCRM - Group Manager
2015-2016

While at SugarCRM I got the chance to restructure the UX team, introduce design thinking methods into the product org. I kicked off the education of the product and engineering teams on how to work with UX, and introduced design brainstorms with the UX team. I managed a team of 4 designers and 1 intern. I also introduced user research and formal usability testing at SugarCRM. I planned and led multiple usability studies, created requirements with PM and executed on multiple projects. 

In terms of management, I closely worked with my team to enable each to their fullest potential and support them in an organization still transitioning to design thinking.
